בעלת תואר ראשון בעיצוב ותואר שני באדריכלות.

 

לעיצוב הנורדי נחשפתי, ומייד התאהבתי, בעת שהתגוררתי באמסטרדם,

שם עשיתי תואר שני באדריכלות. 

התודעתי לסגנון העיצוב הספציפי הזה דרך עבודתי במשרדי אדריכלות מקומיים

 ובמיוחד במהלך שיטוטי ברחבי אמסטרדם וערים ארופאיות נוספות וחיבתי

היתרה לחנויות עיצוב.

 

היופי הוא שזה פשוט נמצא שם בכל מקום. טבעי, פשוט ונכון.

בבית הקפה השכונתי, בחנויות, וסתם מעבר לחלון בדירות שנושקות לרחוב.

 

עם חזרתי לתל אביב גיליתי עד כמה האסתטיקה הפשוטה והנקייה הזו חסרה לי

כאן (כמעצבת וכאדם פרטי שאוהב עיצוב איכותי), והתחלתי לצרוך את החדשות,

העידכונים והמוצרים דרך האינטרנט. העניין רק גדל והתעמק וכך נולד לו הבלוג.

הבלוג הוא המקום שבו אני אוספת ומתעדת את הבחירות ונקודות המבט

האישיות שלי על עולם העיצוב הסקנדינבי.

זה המקום שבו אני אוצרת את עולם העיצוב, העניין וההשראה הפרטי שלי,

שמבוסס כולו על האסטתיקה, הצבעוניות והנינוחות של סגנון העיצוב הנורדי.

My name is Avital, I live in Tel Aviv, work for an architecture firm in town and writing about design and architecture for XNET magazine.

I hold a bachelor degree in design and masters in Architecture.

I was exposed to the Nordic design while living and studying for my masters in Architecture

in Amsterdam and was captured by it right away.

I became aware of this specific design style during my work in local architecture offices

in Amsterdam and especially while wondering through Amsterdam and other European

cyties and my extensive attraction to design stores.

 

The beauty of it is that it is just sitting there, everywhere, in a natural way,

just simple and right.

It can be seen in a local coffee place, stores or across the road in a neighbor's apartment

with a window front.

As I came back, I've discovered how much the Nordic simple and clean esthetics is missing

from Tel Aviv

and how much I miss it as a designer and as a privet person who loves quality design.

This is when I've started to consume the latest news and updates  through the internet.

My interest grew stronger and deeper, and this is how this Blog came into life.

The Blog is the place where I'm collecting and documenting my selections and personal point

of view of the Scandinavian design.

It is the place where I'm curator the world of design, my interests and privet inspirations,

which is based entirely on the aesthetics, colorfulness and simplicity of the Nordic design style.
