תמיד כייף להכיר סטודיו או חברת עיצוב חדשה ויש לזה ערך מוסף כאשר מדובר בחברה שגם דוגלת בעיצוב ויצור מקומי, כמו זו שגיליתי היום.
Domo Design - היא חברת עיצוב חדשה בבעלות שתי נשים אשר מעצבות ומייצרת רהיטים עשויים מפלדה.
כל הרהיטים מיוצרים בעבודת יד במפעל המשפחתי באזור בו הן גדלו בשוודיה.
השילוב בין הפלדה הקשיחה לקווים הדקים והעדינים שמאפיינים את "כתב היד" העיצובי שלהן, יוצר רהיטים בעלי סילואטה פשוטה אך מעודנת. כאלו שלא יגנבו את ההצגה אלה ישתלבו בחלל וישמשו רקע ניטרלי למה שיתווסף עליהם.
אני מאוד אוהבת את הגישה הזו- כי היא מאפשרת ורסטיליות של הרהיט ושל החלל ועם זאת עדיין יש לכל הפריטים את האופי המיוחד שלהם, נקי, ישיר ואותנטי. באופן אישי אני מאוד אוהבת.

Domo Design - is a young design firm owned by two women who Designers and create furniture made of steel.
All the furniture are handmade in a local family factory in Sweden.
The combination of hardened steel and thin and delicate lines that characterize the "handwriting" of their design, creating furniture with simple but refined silhouette.
Those blend into the space and will serve as a neutral background to what that will be added on them.
I really like this approach because it allows versatility of the furniture and the space, and yet all the items have their own special character: clean, Straight forward and authentic. I really like.
